Similar experience as one of the other reviewers twice with one woman once with another both heavier set. I think ones a manager. Not helpful and somewhat rude. They lost a 1600$ sale the other day bought online instead saved myself hundreds and the aggravation of dealing with them. On the other hand the younger staff are very helpful knowledgeable and pleasant. Hope this helps.

I would like to share a wonderful experience I had today @ Staples Williams Lake. I bought a new Acer Computer from Staples - I was having great difficulty navigating through the process of learning the Acer computer. However there is an absolutely BRILLIANT young tech Braden Fournier Technology Consultant who is an absolute Wizard with computers - in a matter of not even a half hour he had my computer in excellent order. I would recommend anyone who requires the talents of Braden! I will be forever thankful!Once again I am overwhelmed with the courteous service and excellent salesman ship from the staff @ Staples Williams Lake. Manager Tammy Woodcock Banks has been patient courteous and pleasant. This is the second computer I have purchased from The Williams Lake Staples and I am looking so forward to utilizing my new laptop. The delivery was withing 1 day.
