I was brushed off by the store Manager ! I wanted to get a skate blade fixed and the two week repair has turned into eight weeks and counting .... little communication with the customer ... They do not even answer their e-mails ....the one phone call I got was from the store Manager phoning me one month later and asking if I still wanted to wait two weeks because the wrong blade was ordered !!! maybe the store owner should be more aware of the store manager policies .... I strongly recommend to other potential customers " BUYER BEWARE" !!
When ever I have gone in here to do school shopping, or to buy hockey equipment or Christmas shop , they have enough staff to help. And a very nice selection of clothing and gear.
Have the best selection of clothing and sporting equipment in town. Prices are reasonable.
