Horrible experience! Company attempted to over charge 3 hrs of expensive labour! Nothing like being yelled at by the owner/manager for defending yourself over the bill.Installation was ok but now have a drain pipe running through 2 walls. Cannot put our washer back in its original location. Walls were fully open to allow the drain to be installed through the studs in the walls. Permit wasnt registered to our adddress correctly, had to call in and update it for insurance purposes.Do not recommend.

My furnace was dying and they came out immediately. The problem was fixed as best as he could, as the unit was ancient and parts were hard to come by. I was treated like a person and a valued customer. He explained what was wrong, what he was doing to fix it, and was up front about the cost. Not once did I feel like he was talking down to me because of my lack of knowledge concerning mechanical matters. I'll definitely be going to them to get my furnace replaced when it's time.
