Booked 3 nights for June 29 to July 2nd yesterday. All was good I did ask if they were going to book on my visa the guy said no not till we arrive which is normal in all the hotels I stay in for about 12 nites a month. Then received a call they needed to book the entire amount on my visa to secure the room ( 5 months in advance) and if I canceled I would be penalized for one night. How cheesy is that!!! So I said cancel and booked elsewhere!!! NOT professional at all!Hours later you try covering up by saying you were going to keep my Visa on file right! ! That's why the guy called me back and said you need to process my card 5 months early . You think I would have written this review if that was true? I will post on all social media sites for honesty would have been far better than outright lieing!!
My brother and I each had a 26 foot U-Haul and he had a tow behind. We looked all over, and then my brother saw the big H. The night manager was so friendly and helpful, so accommodating. He guided us personally to great parking spots for those big rigs. The rooms have been recently renovated. Bed was comfy. Wi-Fi was crazy fast - 50 MB download speed. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious, clean, nice new decor. Be aware its a multi level hotel and you need to use the stairs, no elevator. Would heartily recommend!
This hotel's customer service is awesome. My husband and I recently stopped through Williams Lake on our way up to Alaska and we ran into car problems. The hotel took care of calling a mechanic to come to the hotel and fix the car while we enjoyed our stay. Even though they didn't offer breakfast nor any other amenities, I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a good nights rest in a clean and comfortable room. Would definitely return!
